The agent needed this loft to read as calm and enormous in a feed full of dark, narrow rentals. We booked the mid-morning window, killed every overhead light, and let the glass wall carry the exposure.

Twenty-eight frames later the listing had a cover shot buyers kept screenshotting — the long room, sun-striped, with the street visible through the glass.
