Listing Photography

Daylight HDR interiors and exteriors that make rooms feel larger, calmer and worth a visit.

What it entails

Done properly, not quickly

Most buyers decide in the first six frames. Listing photography is the discipline of making those six frames undeniable: windows held without flare, verticals standing straight, rooms reading at their true size.

A standard shoot runs about ninety minutes. Every light that helps stays on, every blind that helps stays open, and the gallery is edited, balanced and portal-sized overnight.

What's included

Every booking carries this

  • Up to 25 or 40 HDR frames per package
  • True-vertical correction on every image
  • Window pulls that keep the outlook visible
  • Portrait and landscape crops for every portal

Questions

Asked on nearly every shoot

A standard home takes about ninety minutes on site. Larger homes and commercial floors can run to half a day — the booking form asks for square footage so the slot is right.

Lived-in is fine; clutter is not. You will receive a one-page prep list after booking — beds made, counters clear, all bulbs working.

The next business day. Galleries arrive sized for MLS and the major portals, with vertical crops for stories included.

Yes — interiors barely notice rain. If the sky ruins the exterior frames, a free revisit for exteriors is included in every package.
